Approximately 100,000 hair follicles are formed in the hair; this rate is 10% less in blondes and 10% more in redheads. A hair follicle repeats itself by being renewed 10-20 times in a 2-5 year life span; It has three stages: being born, growing and dying.
While it is considered normal to lose 100 hairs a day depending on the life cycle of the hair, hair loss more than this rate should be taken seriously and a doctor should be consulted.
Hair loss, which is more common in men, usually starts at the age of 25 and affects nearly 70% of all men throughout their lives. Hair loss, which progresses at different rates individually, starts with the retraction of the forehead hairline, thinning and thinning of the hair in the front and top regions, and may progress to the opening of the entire crown region over time. These losses in hair, which constitute a very important part of the external appearance, cause serious psychological problems as well as physical problems.
Although it is generally of genetic origin, hair loss, which is frequently encountered due to various diseases, is divided into 2 medically. These;

It is the type of spill known among the people. Periodically; It manifests itself due to weather changes, excessive tension, stress, malnutrition and contact of the hair with chemical substances. How to Prevent Hair Loss?
Hair loss, which is caused by natural causes, is not related to any disease, and leaves traces, usually cannot be completely treated.
If hair loss is caused by external reasons;
- Harmful chemical cosmetic products and processes used should be abandoned or suspended.
- If there are mineral deficiencies, vitamin deficiencies or hormonal disorders, medications to treat them should be used or diet should be regulated with the advice of a dermatologist.
- Shampoos with natural ingredients suitable for the type of hair should be used.
- Wash your hair with warm water and massage your scalp.
