This Information Text has been prepared by Carex Herbal Products and Cosmetics Industry and Trade Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” ), acting as the data controller, to inform you about your personal data that we process in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 2007 (hereinafter referred to as “KVKK” ) and relevant legal regulations.

  1. Your Personal Data Processed and Scope of Processing

Personal data is any data that identifies you or makes you identifiable. For example, your name, surname, phone number, or bank account information are all forms of personal data. Processing your personal data refers to any operation performed on your data, such as obtaining, changing, recording, preserving, deleting, disclosing, or transferring it.

  1. How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?

Your personal data will be stored for the period stipulated in applicable legislation or as required by the purposes for which it is processed. Your data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized, either ex officio or at your request, if the legal grounds for processing no longer exist.

  1. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

A data subject refers to the natural person whose personal data is processed. As a data subject, you have the following rights regarding your personal data processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law:

  • Learning whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
  • To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
  • Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,
  • Request that third parties to whom personal data has been transferred be notified about the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and the deletion or destruction of personal data, as per your request,
  • To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To request compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.
  1. Methods You Must Follow to Exercise Your Rights

You can submit your applications and requests regarding your personal data through the Related Person Application Form,

    1. By signing with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature, sending it to carex@hs01.kep.tr via registered electronic mail (KEP), or,
    2. You can apply in person to Veliköy-Yalıboyu OSB Mah. 84.Sad. No:4 Çerkezköy/TEKİRDAĞ with a valid ID document.

You can forward it to the Company.

In accordance with legal requirements regarding the procedures and principles for applying to the data controller, you must include your name and surname in your application; your signature if your application is in writing; your Turkish ID number if you are a citizen of the Republic of Turkey; your nationality if you are a foreigner; your passport (or ID number, if applicable); your residence or business address for notification; your email address and fax number, if applicable, for us to use as the basis for notification; and finally, the subject of your request. You must also attach identity verification documents and information and documents related to your request to your application.

In order for us to manage the process in the most efficient way for you, you must clearly and understandably state which right you wish to exercise regarding your request and the details of the transaction you request.

It's important to emphasize that the request must be about the individual concerned. If the application is being submitted on behalf of someone else, the person making the request must have specific documented authority (power of attorney) for the requested action. Unauthorized applications will not be considered.

    1. Evaluation of Your Application

We evaluate your applications and get back to you as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days from the date we receive your application.
