Shipping Policy

1) You can make a bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) to any of our Akbank, Finansbank, Garanti Bank, T.İş Bank and Yapı Kredi Bank accounts (TL).

2) You can make single online payments to any credit card through our website, or take advantage of our online installment options through Akbank. For online payments, your credit card will be charged at the end of your order. In the event of order cancellations or stock issues, refunds will be processed to your credit card within 3 business days.

3) Order Refund
In the event that your order is canceled for any reason, Carex Herbal Products and Cosmetics Trade and Industry Co. Ltd. will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide your accurate and complete bank account and/or credit card information to our company's financial authorities.

4) Delivery
We strive to ship your ordered products the same day. For products that require time to be delivered, the delivery time is 3 business days, as specified in the product details. You will be notified if delivery is likely to be delayed.
In order for the product delivery to be completed without any disruption, please provide the address of your location as the delivery address during the day.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you specify at the end of your order. Products will be shipped from our Istanbul-based company via a courier company. Once your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the courier company within two (2) business days at the latest.
You can discuss different delivery terms by consulting our customer representative. Also, shipping is only available in Türkiye.

5) Payment Tracking
If the system in question cannot complete the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed of this situation on the payment page.
In case of any error at the specified address, the orderer will be contacted regarding the order that cannot be delivered.
The validity of the e-mail address provided by our visitor is confirmed by an automatic e-mail sent following the transfer of the order.
We are responsible for the delivery to the bank whose credit card system we use, as well as to the customer.
Please pay attention!
  • Open and inspect any packages you suspect may have been damaged during shipment in the presence of a representative from the company you received the product from. If you suspect any damage, please file a report with the courier company and refuse delivery.
  • Once the product is received, it is deemed that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.
  • If the product is damaged: Send the report you have prepared to info@bionnex.com as soon as possible.
  • If you complete these steps, we will start working on your package and ensure repeat delivery as soon as possible.
  • If you briefly explain why you want to return the product in this e-mail, you will help us in our work regarding the product.
